Diamond Edge Construction was contracted by Pickleball Kingdom to manage the demolition and build-out of new franchise locations in Texas and Florida. The projects involve transforming former big-box retail spaces into modern indoor pickleball facilities that align with Pickleball Kingdom’s national franchise expansion strategy. 

The Pickleball Kingdom Franchise Expansion project encompasses the comprehensive demolition and renovation of existing structures to create state-of-the-art sports and recreation centers. The scope includes selective interior demolition, upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and complete interior finishes consistent with the brand’s design standards. Each facility will feature multiple high- performance pickleball courts, spectator areas, player lounges, retail space, and administrative oFices.

Through this adaptive reuse approach, Diamond Edge Construction is converting vacant retail properties into thriving community destinations that promote active lifestyles and social engagement. The result is a scalable, efficient model that supports Pickleball Kingdom’s rapid growth and delivers high-quality, turn-key franchise locations.
