The project focused on comprehensive restoration and renovation eCorts to repair and modernize key areas of the property, enhancing both functionality and long-term resilience for the condominium community.


The scope of work included structural restoration, exterior and interior renovations, drainage and utility improvements, and concrete repair and replacement.
